A workshop that happens to sell bikes
We started with two stands and a wheel jig. The showroom came later, and it still comes second.

Built on repeat customers
Jenson Bicycle Store opened in 2016 as a two-stand workshop taking in repairs nobody else wanted. Wheel builds, seized seatposts, bikes that had been sitting in a storeroom for a decade. Selling bikes came later, and only because customers kept asking us what they should buy next.
That order of events shapes how the shop runs. Every bike is assembled and torque-checked by a mechanic, not pulled out of a box on the shop floor. Every complete bike includes a sizing session. Every new bike comes back at six weeks for a free check-over, because that is when cables settle and spokes bed in.
We stock seven brands, not thirty. Each one earns its place by being serviceable five years from now — parts we can still source, standards we can still work on. If a bike cannot be maintained, it does not go on the floor.
The shop sits on Lot 12, Jalan Kerinchi in Kuala Lumpur. Ride in, walk in, or call ahead. The kettle is usually on.
